Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Appointment - Booking Fee: Secure your appointment with a non-refundable $50 booking fee. This amount is deducted from your total consultation cost. - Consultation Fee: Total consultation cost is $200. You'll get a link 24 hours before your appointment to pay the remaining $150 online. Your Consultation Expect a personalized evaluation to understand your needs fully, followed by a custom-tailored estimate for any recommended services. Payments and Fees - Final Payment: 24 hours before your consultation, a payment link for the $150 balance (after deducting the booking fee) will be sent. Your slot is confirmed once payment is made. - Cancellation Policy: Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations under 24 hours, the $50 booking fee is non-refundable. Emergency cases are subject to evaluation. Rescheduling You can reschedule your appointment once, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice, without any extra charge.
