Booking Instructions, Consultation Fee Process ​

Booking Fee: A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment.  This fee is part of our online booking process and is essential for reserving your slot in our schedule.

 

Consultation Fee: Your consultation fee is $200. Exactly 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, you will receive a payment link to pay the remaining $150 consultation fee online. This step finalizes the booking of your consultation slot.

 

Consultation Experience: During your consultation, you will receive a thorough evaluation tailored to your individual needs. Following this assessment, we will provide a detailed estimate for any recommended services, customizing our approach to best meet your aesthetic and health goals.

 

Fee Deduction: 24 hours before your consultation to be precise - you'll receive a payment link reflecting the adjusted amount due. After the booking fee deduction, you'll only owe $150 for your consultation. It's essential to complete this payment through the provided link before your consultation time to confirm your slot.

 

*Failure to pay the remaining consultation fee within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of your booking slot, but remember, you have the option to reschedule if necessary before the 24-hour mark.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment without any additional charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact our customer service team via phone, email, or our online platform to arrange a new appointment time.

 

Cancellation Notice: To cancel without incurring additional fees, we require at least 24 hours' notice.

 

Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the $50 booking fee becomes non-refundable. This policy compensates for the time reserved for your appointment and the impact on our practitioners and other clients.
